123Flix at https://123flix.live respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright laws.

No Hosting Statement

123Flix is a movie-discovery site. We do not host, upload, store, or distribute any media files on our servers. Title information is sourced from TMDB and public APIs, and trailers are embedded from YouTube via the official player. We have no control over third-party hosted content. In good faith, however, we will review valid copyright complaints related to content displayed on our site and act appropriately, including removing links, images, or embeds where required.

Designated Copyright Agent

All copyright notices and counter-notices should be sent to our designated agent at contact@123flix.live with the subject line DMCA Notice or DMCA Counter-Notice.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on 123Flix infringes your copyright, please provide a written notice containing all of the following six elements:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved
  • Identification of the specific infringing material on 123Flix, including the exact URL of each page where it appears
  • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address so we may contact you
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete notices may not be processed. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will review, remove or disable access to the disputed material where appropriate, and notify the source where possible.

Counter-Notice Process

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to contact@123flix.live including your name and contact information, identification of the removed material and its former URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat-Infringer Policy

We maintain a repeat-infringer policy. Users or contributors who repeatedly submit infringing material through request forms, contact messages, or other means, or who abuse the DMCA process, may have their access restricted or terminated.
